Returns & Exchanges

Saturdays NYC accepts returns or exchanges on full-priced items within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided they are in unworn and original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
